It has not to be considered as a standard whole machine but rather as an installation made by putting together on the same frame a number of standard elements to suit specific requirements.

Operation

As the mass of product passes from section to section of the grader, the “cloverleaf” section reels cause a gentle tumbling action, which produces a continuous rearrangement of the product thus ensuring that they can escape through the grading holes at the section corresponding to their size.

Scrapers push inside the reels, the grains blocked in the perforations.
