It guarantees a regular flow while preserving the integrity of the product.<\/p>\n<p>The equipment is based on a 4 mm thick 304L stainless steel vibrating trough, available with one or more lanes depending on production requirements. It is set in motion by two fixed-speed electric vibrators of the out-of-balance motor type, offering high reliability and consistency of operation.<\/p>\n<p>The open, rectangular trough is mounted on a frame using blue polyester slats to ensure excellent vibration transmission. The whole unit is isolated from the ground by EVIDGOM studs, effectively limiting vibration nuisance. A grounding braid ensures earthing and safety of the installation.<\/p>\n<p>After assembly, the equipment is fully bead-blasted for a meticulous finish and optimum hygiene.
