Design & Production Industrialisation Office

EAMS has a state-of-the-art industrial infrastructure comprising 200 m² of design office space and 5,000 m² of production space, designed to meet the quality and traceability requirements of standardised industrial sectors (ISO 9001, EN 15085, ISO 3834, etc.).

Our welding and boiler-making expertise is guaranteed by welders certified to NF EN ISO 9606-1 and in-house QMOS qualifications complying with EN ISO 15614-1. We regularly call on independent certification bodies to validate the conformity of our products.

Our facilities include :

15 MIG/MAG and TIG welding units, certified to EN ISO 9606-1 and ISO 3834
Processing parts weighing up to 5 tonnes in steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Industrial paint booth complying with environmental standards, with manual or spray liquid application
Bead-blasting cabinet for cleaning, stripping and finishing surfaces
Assembly area equipped for mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic assembly and functional testing
Carrying out pressure tests, torque measurements, dimensional checks and customer recipes in the workshop

Design Engineering and Industrialisation Processes

Our specialist engineers and technicians work in the following areas:

Computer-aided design (CAD) advanced 3D modelling using dedicated software (Autocad, Topsolid and SolidWorks)
Co-design with design offices customer
Technical project support Support in defining, optimising and implementing industrial solutions
Maintenance in operational conditions (MCO) spare parts inventory and flow management
Internal industrialisation design and manufacture of our specific tooling, assembly jigs and inspection devices
