EAMS has 200 m² of office space. Approved certification bodies are regularly commissioned by us or at the request of our customers to validate the compliance of our designs with standards.

EAMS has a 5,000 m² production workshop, designed for the manufacture and assembly of mechanically welded equipment, meeting the requirements of the agri-food, industrial and process sectors.
We manufacture parts and assemblies up to 10 tonnes, in steel, stainless steel or aluminium. Our teams are experts in the production of complex structures such as chassis, hoppers, tanks or conveyors.
Our workshop has 15 boiler-making workstations, equipped for processes MIG/MAG (steel, stainless steel, aluminium) and TIG (stainless steel, aluminium). Operators are qualified to the following standards EN ISO 9606-1 (qualification of welders) and ISO 3834-2 (fusion welding quality requirements).
We provide cleaning and the surface preparation thanks to a bead-blasting booth, ideal for stripping or the finish before treatment. A industrial liquid paint booth, in compliance with environmental standards (management of VOCS, operator safety), enables’manual or spray application.
We carry out the’assembling sub-assemblies mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic, with the’component integration such as engines, cylinders, sensors or control systems. From test beds to check the proper functioning, to carry out pressure testing, and torque measurements, and dimensional checks, as well as technical recipe in the presence of end customer.
