Delivered raw and loose in the factory, you need to make a quality product. EAMS offers you a system for receiving in a hopper with a moving floor (or in a pit). Perhaps more so than for other fruits or vegetables, leafy products such as Spinach, Molokhia, Salads, Aromatic herbs (Flat & curly parsley, Coriander, Basil, Chives, etc.), Swiss chard, Savoy cabbage …  Seaweed, require the use of high-performance equipment. The material is particularly difficult to work with:  Wet, packed, compacted during harvesting, it also contains twigs, earth, sand and stones, insects, caterpillars, larvae, mice and slugs!

Button mushrooms are a particularly fragile product. Grading, handling, sorting, trimming, storage: many stages have to be carried out in water to avoid any deterioration.

Leeks, broccoli and cauliflower are received in a hopper, ventilated, washed and cut - the last 2 are cut into florets and graded - before optical sorting and blanching. The seasonal nature of the process is interesting, as it can be carried out on a bean reception/washing line, for example.
