This type of AJAX vibrating conveyor is an older generation machine that is still widely used. It was designed to transport and evenly distribute loose vegetables in various machines.

Main features:

Food-grade stainless steel trough with 1 to 3 channels depending on requirements
Flexible connection between trough and frame using a set of polyester blades
Stainless steel or galvanised frame
Control unit with AJAX RENOLD vibrator positioned above or below the trough

Dimensions:

Maximum length: 8 metres
Width: from 600 mm to 1200 mm (depending on number of channels)

Production capacity :

Grains (peas, beans, lentils, maize): up to 20 tonnes/hour
Green beans: up to 15 tonnes/hour
Roots: 10 to 14 tonnes/hour
