Vibrating dispenser for vegetables

Designed to optimise product conveyance and distribution, the vibratory feeder ensures even, controlled distribution of vegetables to one or more outlets. It guarantees a regular flow while preserving the integrity of the product.

The equipment is based on a 4 mm thick 304L stainless steel vibrating trough, available with one or more lanes depending on production requirements. It is set in motion by two fixed-speed electric vibrators of the out-of-balance motor type, offering high reliability and consistency of operation.

The open, rectangular trough is mounted on a frame using blue polyester slats to ensure excellent vibration transmission. The whole unit is isolated from the ground by EVIDGOM studs, effectively limiting vibration nuisance. A grounding braid ensures earthing and safety of the installation.

After assembly, the equipment is fully bead-blasted for a meticulous finish and optimum hygiene. It comes with full technical documentation and meets the requirements of CE, EU 1935/2004 and FDA standards.
