Specially designed for vegetable processing lines, the vibratory pod separator efficiently extracts pea, beans and pulses pods, as well as any foreign bodies that are not in the same shape as the product. It guarantees reliable and continuous separation, while respecting the integrity of the correct product.
The equipment is based on a 304L stainless steel vibrating trough, with a removable and interchangeable bottom incorporating perforated zones. This screening system ensures precise separation: the correct product passes through the grids, while pods and undesirable material are evacuated sideways. A pneumatic cylinder scraper ensures continuous removal of foreign bodies, optimising the speed and cleanliness of the process.
Vibration is generated by out-of-balance vibrators positioned on the sides, providing uniform, controlled movement of the trough. The whole unit is designed to combine robustness, hygiene and ease of maintenance, meeting the requirements of food processing environments.
