The conveyor is flat, with an endless PVC belt running over HD profiles. The return side is carried by stainless steel rollers with ball bearings. The frame is made of laser-cut food-grade stainless steel sheets, welded and bolted together to guarantee strength and hygienic compliance.

The conveyor belt is made of PVC with an embossed underside, can be adjusted with or without cleats, and has glued capacity strips for better product channelling.

Drive is via geared motor, with vulcanised drums or drum motor depending on configuration.
