High-performance cyclone separator for heavy waste
This cyclonic separation machine is designed to effectively remove heavy waste such as stones and metals from raw vegetables, while preserving the integrity of the product.
Technology & design
Featuring a large-diameter conical bowl fitted with a motorised vertical rotor, the machine generates a powerful hydraulic vortex. This movement, combined with an upward flow of water, ensures optimum separation of the product from undesirable elements.
Heavy waste is evacuated continuously via a sluice with pneumatic valves or a belt lift, guaranteeing reliability and operating safety.
An integrated water separation and recycling system, comprising a perforated draining belt or vibrating device, a 304L stainless steel water collection tank and a pump, reduces water consumption while ensuring clean, controlled management of effluent.
