Sandblasting drum TD 2000 / TD 2500: Main function
The sand separator drum ensures the de-compaction and aeration of leaf spinach, upstream of the washing phase. This preliminary treatment allows for the effective removal of unwanted particles (sand, debris, fragments, insects, and caterpillars) by mechanical separation.
Operating principle
- Structure Openwork cylindrical drum, fitted with filter screens on its casing.
- Stirring system Fixed forks, arranged along the drum's generators, ensuring continuous spinach mixing.
- Waste disposal The particles pass through the grids and are collected at the machine's outlet, either by an integrated conveyor belt or by direct collection in boxes.
- Automatic cleaning Two cylindrical brushes, driven by the rotation of the drum, ensure the permanent cleaning of the gratings.
- Training Drum rotation by friction on two motorised shafts, guaranteeing reliable power transmission with no complex maintenance.
Processing power
- TD2000: Flow of 3 to 7 tonnes/hour.
- TD2500: Flow rate of 6 to 14 tonnes/hour.
Technical Advantages
- Robust design and adapted for industrial constraints.
- Self-cleaning system limiting manual intervention.
- Waste evacuation flexibility (mats or crates).
- Adaptability to high production speeds.
