Le Calibrator / Vibrating Separator is industrial equipment designed to continuous grading and separation of vegetables, while ensuring smooth, even circulation in the water. Ideal for long or fragile vegetables, it optimises the quality, yield and consistency of the finished product.

Thanks to its innovative design, it combines direct vibration and adjustable calibration, for sorting precise and adjustable according to the type of vegetable and production needs.

Technical design

  • Trough single-channel 304L stainless steel with flat surfaces and cracked bottoms

  • Calibration grid with divergent bars, adjustable and removable for easy maintenance

  • Direct vibration via 2 unbalanced motors for controlled movement

  • Buildings and structures all stainless steel, robust and hygienic

  • Closed water circuit with stainless steel drip tray, drain valve and inspection door for cleaning
